The Palodent V3 Sectional Matrix system is comprised of six precisely designed components; rings, matrices, wedges, WedgeGuards®, forceps and pin tweezers.
All of which have been designed and refined for optimal performance individually and as a system.
As a result, Palodent V3 is amongst the most simple and accurate matrix systems available on today’s market.
INDICATION
The Palodent V3 System is indicated for Class II restorations to facilitate the contouring of a direct placement restorative materials.
The Palodent V3 WedgeGuard is indicated for pre-operative placement to protect surfaces adjacent to Class II, Class III, veneer and crown preparations.

Pin-in tip positively grips the hole in matrices, wedges and Wedge Guards for full control.
Naturally closed position minimizes the risk of dropping the matrix band, wedge or Wedge Guard.

Direction to Use
Step:1
Using the Pin-Tweezers, place a Palodent V3 Wedge or WedgeGuard firmly from the lingual or buccal side and proceed with prep.
Step:2
After prep, if using Palodent WedgeGuard, support Wedge with mirror or dental instrument while using Pin Tweezers to detach the shield.
Step:3
Place Palodent V3 Matrix with Pin Tweezers.Step:4
Place the Palodent V3 Ring on top of the wedge to provide separation.
