A.ORACURA’s Smart PLUS Water Flosser OC200 comes with 5 pcs of tips including 2 Standard Tips, 1 Orthodontic Tip, 1 Pocket Tip, and 1 Tongue Scraper. For effective cleaning around braces, we recommend using the Orthodontic Tip.One can also purchase additional orthodontic tips by visiting our Orthodontics Tip Replacement nozzle page.
Q.Are the batteries replaceable?
A.The batteries of ORACURA’S Water Flossers are rechargeable; however, not easily replaceable. The normal lifespan of a battery is 3-5 years, provided they are in a healthy charging and discharging cycle. The product also comes with an 18+6 months warranty.
Q.What is the PSI of this product?
A.The Water Pressure range of Oc200 is between 40-90 PSI. One can also choose amongst the 8 water pressure setting controls for their comfort and ora care requirements.
Q.What is the normal replacement cycle for a water tank and a nozzle?
A.It is recommended to replace the water flosser nozzles after every 3-4 months to maintain proper hygiene levels of your oral health. The water tank can last for more than a year and should be replaced in case of any damage to the tank.
Q.How to Use this oral care water flosser?
A.Here’s are the simple steps to get you started:
1] Attach the desired nozzle firmly onto the unit and fill the tank with water.
2] Select the mode of operation.
3] Place the tip of the nozzle pointing towards your teeth and the gum line and press the ‘On” button.
4] Lean towards the sink and keep the mouth slightly open to avoid splashing of water. Glide the nozzle along the gum line to remove the stuck food particles
5] That’s it! Empty the tank after usage.
